At OMKTrends, your satisfaction and the happiness of your four-legged friends are our priority. We aim to make the return process as straightforward as possible, even though we work with international suppliers to bring you the best trending pet gear.
1. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return window, effective from the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within this period.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
Condition: Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
Packaging: Must be in the original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, and due to the nature of our supply chain, the following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, treats).
Personalized or custom-made products.
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance.
3. Return Process for Items
Due to our operational model, returns are processed through the following steps to ensure efficiency:

Photos of the item and packaging (required if the item is damaged or defective).

Authorization and Instructions: We will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions, including the specific return address.

Do not send the item back without this authorization, as the return address may be different from the original shipping address (it may be a supplier's warehouse or a fulfillment center).

Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
4. Refunds and Processing Timeline
We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible, but please note the extended timeline required for international supplier processing:

Inspection: Once your return is received at the designated address, it will be inspected for eligibility. This process typically takes 3–5 business days.

Approval & Credit: If the return is approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Refund Posting Time: Please allow an estimated 7–10 business days from the date of approval for the refund to officially post back to your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with photos of the issue. We will work quickly to provide a replacement or a full refund, and in these cases, OMKTrends will cover all return shipping costs.
